Key Automation Under Ground Swing Gate Motor- 230V

Key Automation “UND” series gear-motor is designed for underground installation for swing gates (i.e., the mechanism is set in a foundation box beneath the gate rather than on a visible hinge arm). 

• ELECTRICAL: Operates on 230 Vac version. 

• MECHANICAL: For example: torque ~300 Nm, opening time ~20 s for 90°, max gate leaf weight ~600 kg in one specification. 

• FEATURES: Includes mechanical end-stops (opening and closing) in some variants; underground housing (foundation box) for cleaner look. 

• ENVIRONMENT: Designed for outdoor/underground use. IP67 rated

⚠️ Things to check

• Foundation: Because it’s “underground”, you’ll have to prepare the foundation box (e.g., concrete, drainage) properly.

• Leaf length/weight: Make sure your gate’s dimensions & weight match what the model supports. If you exceed specs, you’ll strain the system.

• 230 V supply: Confirm you have proper 230 V AC supply, correct circuit protection, and likely dedicated wiring.

• Control unit & accessories: Some sets include control panel, radio receiver, remote controls, photocells. Example set includes motor pair, foundation boxes, CT202 control panel, remote, photocells. 

• Maintenance & access: Even “underground” motors need periodic checks. Ensure you can access the foundation box/lid etc.
